• Beginning with the 3rd qtr 2010 Employer's quartely Report (UCT 6) a new law imposes a penalty of $50 or 10 percent of any tax due , whuchever is greater, not ot exceed $300 per report for incorrect, incomplete or insufficent report filed. The penalty will be waived if a complete, correct and sufficeint report is received within 30 days of the penalty notice date. The penalty may be waived only once during the 12-month period
